Common questions
Can we use our own lease?
Yes. Leases are generated from your templates with merge fields and your addenda.
Are legal notice periods built in?
Notice days and grace periods are settings you confirm for your jurisdiction.
How are legal notices handled?
No. Termination, default and eviction notices are generated as documents and logged with the physical service method. Email and the portal never count as service.
