Residents

Owners

An owner sees cash held, the reserve, what is owed and what is coming. Statements for any month, packets and on-demand reports with export are there too. So are contribution and distribution history, and the work orders that need their approval. They keep their own payout details, with a hold before any change takes effect.

Vendors and applicants

  • Vendor work orders

    Assigned jobs to accept or decline, schedule, add notes and photos, and mark complete.

  • Vendor invoices and documents

    Submit an invoice against a work order, see payment history, upload a W-9 and insurance, set a payment preference.

Common questions

Whose name do residents see?

Your company's. The portal frame and every document carry the management company's name and address.

Can an owner see another owner's property?

No. Every request is checked on the server against who the person is and which records they own.

Do residents need an app?

No. The portal works in any phone browser, with nothing to download.
