Self-storage

Self-storage, run like the rest of your portfolio

A units board by size and feature, and a move-in that posts the first period and the deposit. Gate codes, and collection steps that lock the unit and cut the code.

A row of four storage units, 101 to 104, with unit 103 open.
The storage units board with sample data: 16 units available, 8 occupied and 2 overlocked, each unit card with its number, size and monthly rent.

Everything for self-storage

  • Units board

Every unit with its size, features and whether it is rentable, filtered by building, rented and vacant counts per building.

  • Move-in

Posts the first period, prorated by your policy, and the deposit from a preview you confirm.

  • Gate codes

A list of active codes, each shown on request only, with access on or off and why. Export a keypad file.

  • Collections steps

Deactivate the gate code and overlock the unit as steps in the delinquency process, each recorded on the lease.

  • Rent, autopay and portal

Storage renters pay, set autopay and see receipts in the same portal, under your company's name.

  • Import from your current system

Unit directory, rent roll and tenant directory matched by facility and unit, with a dry run and a compare page first.

One system, not a second one

Its owner, bank account, ledger and reports are the same ones every other property uses.

Common questions

How does a renter move in?

The office moves them in today: pick the unit, confirm the prorated first period and the deposit from the preview, set the gate code.

Does the gate system connect directly?

Export a keypad file from the gate codes page and load it into your gate system.

Can we run only storage?

Yes. The same system runs a company whose properties are all storage.
