Common questions

Can a leasing agent run the owner statement?

Only if their role allows it, and only for the properties in their scope. Every report run is logged.

Can owners run reports themselves?

Yes. The owner portal has on-demand reports for their properties with export.

Will the rent roll match the general ledger?

Yes. Both come from the same journal lines, and a diagnostics page confirms the totals agree.
