It covers this website only. Data inside the Harbeo product belongs to the management company that uses it. That data is governed by the company's agreement with us and by its own notices to its residents, owners and vendors.

This website is operated by Harbeo, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, the maker of Harbeo. The contact address is in the footer.

Reading this site collects nothing from you. There are no analytics, no trackers, no advertising scripts and no third-party scripts of any kind.

The demo request form asks for your name, your email address and a message. When you send it, the site checks the fields, sends us one email with what you typed, and stores nothing. The site keeps no copy of your name, email or message.

Like most web servers, the server that serves these pages may keep short-lived technical logs needed to run it and to limit abuse of the form. Those logs do not record what you typed into the form.

We read it and reply by email to arrange a demo. We use your details for that conversation and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share them, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

The email we receive sits in our mailbox like any other. If you want it deleted, write to the address in the footer and we will delete it.

This site sets no tracking cookies. If a later version needs a cookie for something the site itself does, such as remembering a preference, this notice will say so first.

You can read everything on this site without giving us anything. You can ask us what we hold from a demo request you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address in the footer.

Questions this draft does not answer yet will be settled with counsel before this notice takes effect. Those include the rights that apply to you under the laws of where you live, and how long an email is kept.

This draft will change before it takes effect, and may change after. The version in force will carry the date it took effect. This draft carries none because it is not in force.
